About Marine
Founder
Marine Elikuchulayan founded In Style Candles with her own creativity and passion, crafting one-of-a-kind candles that have delighted customers and elevated events. She was born and raised in Armenia and graduated from the University of Armenia with a degree in fashion design in 2001. Marine moved to the United States in 2003 and started a new life. After graduating from cosmetology school in 2012, she worked as a hairdresser for ten years.
Growing up in a family where she was always the one who planned parties and events, Marine developed a passion for creativity and unique ideas. In 2022, while planning her brother's proposal, she came up with the idea of creating colorful sand candles. She wanted to make something unique, stylish, and never seen before. As a person who loves colors and sees life as colorful, she thought of bringing colorful candles to make any event more interesting and memorable. Driven by her creativity and passion, she strives to make every occasion special and unforgettable.
Co-Founder
Ani Agakhanyan is a Co-Founder who specializes in creating, designing, and managing our events and staff. In addition to her work as a designer, she is also a passionate advocate for sustainability and ethical fashion. Ani has made a conscious effort to use eco-friendly materials and production methods in her designs, and she has spoken out about the need for the fashion industry to become more responsible and environmentally conscious. Her fashion industry experience has made her an expert in design for candles, and her work continues to inspire and captivate candle lovers.

Her attention to detail, creativity, and ability to bring a client's vision to life is unmatched. Ani's passion for sustainability and ethical fashion is also reflected in her designs. Armine Elikuchukyan is a co-founder of Instyle Candles and the brains behind the beauty of our events. As an accountant for our company, she brings a wealth of expertise in financial management to ensure our business runs efficiently and effectively. This, combined with her passion for design and creativity, allows her to implement innovative strategies and goals for our company.
She has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master's degree in Taxation, and has honed her skills in numbers and financial management over the years. After many dedicated years in her field of expertise, Armine discovered a new passion for the world of art and design, which ultimately led her to co-found Instyle Candles.
With her educational background and experience, Armine is confident in her ability to run Instyle Candles with the highest level of professionalism and creativity. Our team is dedicated to bringing our clients the most exceptional products and experiences, and she is grateful to be a part of this incredible journey.
